Pat’s King of Steaks owner Frank Olivieri bought a “leftover” truffle at the auction for $2,500, and now funghi will find their way onto Pat’s steak sandwiches on Thursday, Nov. 17, starting at 12:30 p.m., at Ninth and Passyunk.
